Peter L. Villa has been trading in fine art for over 35 years. In 1978, he joined Christie's, New York, serving as the Head of the 19th Century European Paintings Department (1981-1986) and founding the Sporting Art auction category in America. In 1987, he became a Director of The Artis Group Ltd. of New York & London, acting as a principal, broker and appraiser of fine art. A Private Dealer since 1998, Mr. Villa welcomes the opportunity to locate works of art worldwide on behalf of both the beginning and the experienced collector.

We are always interested to purchase single works or entire collections. Paintings are also accepted on consignment. Appraisal services are available for insurance and estate valuations. Complimentary recommendations and cost estimates for restoration and framing are also provided.
